back in 2015. I was fortunate as I just stopped at Buckeye Pho in Columbus OH out of curiosity(this Ohio boy had never heard of it!). It was sublime and I now must have it as often as I think of it. It reminds me of how my wife taught me to make chicken soup (called shorba in her culture). Though the two soups are nothing like each other it was the first time I make soup from scratch.
